John R. SorkinJohn R. Sorkin graduated from Temple University and from the Nova University School of Law. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1980, Mr. Sorkin began his trial experience as an assistant public defender in Broward County, Florida. Mr. Sorkin handles all family law matters, for example: cases dealing with divorce, child support, paternity, premarital agreements, post marital agreements, settlement agreements, name changes, wills and probate. Mr. Sorkin is a Certified Family Law Mediator. In 1989, Mr. Sorkin took his State of Florida Certified Family Mediation Training. Mr. Sorkin does family mediation before litigation begins and after litigation begins. Mr. Sorkin does court ordered family mediation. |

Robin S. SorkinRobin S. Sorkin is a member of the firm of John R. Sorkin, P.A. She concentrates her practice in all areas of litigation and has experience in handling cases in the fields of criminal law as well as marital and family law. Mrs. Sorkin graduated from Syracuse University and from the Nova University School of Law. Robin S. Sorkin was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1983 and the New Jersey Bar in 1984. Mrs. Sorkin began her trial experience as an assistant public defender in Broward County, Florida where she was employed until 1990. At that time, Mrs. Sorkin went into private practice. In addition to her criminal trial experience, Mrs. Sorkin deals with a full range of family-related problems, such as divorce, support without divorce, paternity, juvenile problems, marital and property settlement agreements, and name changes. Mrs. Sorkin continues to practice family law matters. She is also experienced in having criminal records expunged or sealed.
